A Yamba storage plan should consider the coastal setting and access around the property as well as container size.
Plan for exposure and maintenance
For a location exposed to coastal air, ask about the paint system and inspect scratches, welds and repaired areas on the unit offered. Keep a maintenance plan for bare steel and seals.
Colour is a visual preference, not a condition grade. New white, cream, grey or dark green options and used grey, blue or green options depend on availability when quoted.
Photograph the street and the position
For a residential delivery, show the street approach, driveway entrance and intended unloading area. Include trees, overhead services and parked-vehicle constraints without approaching hazards.
Delivery equipment needs working space, which can exceed the storage footprint. The transporter decides the method after reviewing the site; a photograph alone is not a final clearance.
Match the container to the contents
A sealed box can still develop condensation. Let us know if you are storing furniture, clothing or other moisture-sensitive items, and ask what ventilation or protection is appropriate.
