Information in your enquiry

The quote form asks for your name and phone number. You can also provide an email address, delivery suburb or postcode, preferred container size or type, whether you are buying or hiring, and a message about your enquiry.

The submission includes the page address and title, the submission time and any available campaign source, medium, campaign name or advertising click identifier supplied in the page address. Please avoid including sensitive information in your message.

Responding and keeping enquiry records

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss container and delivery requirements, prepare a quote and maintain the related customer record.

The form sends your submission to our enquiry service and customer-record system. That system records the submitted form data, including the associated enquiry and source information.

Enquiry data is handled by service providers for website hosting and content delivery, the customer-record system, and email delivery. Those providers may store or process it outside Australia, including in the United States.

Enquiry and customer records are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the customer relationship, and for up to 7 years to meet tax and business record-keeping obligations. They are then deleted or de-identified.

Website requests and abuse prevention

Website hosting and enquiry services handle technical request information needed to deliver pages, process submissions and investigate errors or misuse.

For abuse prevention and rate limiting, the enquiry software can derive a salted hash, a transformed value, from the request's IP address.

Campaign information

The quote form reads campaign information from the address of the page used to submit the enquiry. It does not save that campaign information in browser storage.

No advertising or analytics tracking tags are used on this site.

You can ask to access or correct your information, or make a complaint, by emailing [email protected]. Please give enough detail to identify the enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
