In this table, the used 20ft and 40ft prices are wind & watertight grade. That grade is not cargo-worthy, and cargo-worthy costs more. For weather-sensitive contents, choose new single-trip or cargo-worthy. As-is units are sold on their stated condition.
Grafton, South Grafton and Ulmarra sit on Clarence river flats, so an enquiry needs the flood exposure of the block, how wet the ground gets, and the final truck route. A container cannot exclude rising floodwater.
Junction Hill and Coutts Crossing need a check of driveway gradients, rural gates, culverts and turning room. Please send photos. Do not assume a short container means the truck can get in.
For Maclean, Yamba and Iluka, check coastal sand, a firm place to stand and salt on the steel. Approaches into Glenreagh can include bends and slopes. Coffs Harbour is quoted separately: send that address and the name of the council for the property.
We confirm tilt-tray, sidelifter or crane for the actual job. A crane does not make unsafe ground, overhead wires or a difficult slope acceptable. Check with Clarence Valley Council before ordering. Give them the property address, proposed use, size, siting and duration. Ask what planning or building approvals apply, including overlays and setbacks. Temporary storage is not an automatic exemption. For addresses outside this LGA, check the council responsible for that property.
